David Nichols: Chief Executive Officer (Acting)

David is Qualified Civil and Construction Engineer with 28 years in the pipeline industry in the UK and Australia. He co-founded the business in 2013 and was Managing Director until late 2015 when the company went under new management. David Brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and strong leadership throughout the organisation from Senior management to construction operators at the coal face. David is also very active across the pipeline industry conducting innovative informative workshops and is currently Chairing the APGA Code of Practice Gathering Systems - CSG Committee.

Carsten is educated at the Copenhagen Business School and London Business School, and undertook a European Union sponsored, 18 month executive training programme in Japan.

His strong leadership and experience in strategy, business growth and project development are key factors in the growth of iPipe since joining in early 2016.

Jody Rowe: Director

Jody is a specialist in the resources sector who brings to the board her strategic views of the market, its needs and potential opportunities for growth and continuous cost improvements.  She is also a Non-Executive Director for Strike Energy Limited and previous work experience includes senior leadership roles at BG-QGC, Santos, Rio Tinto and Barrick Gold on mega projects GLNG and QCLNG and large scale mining projects / operations.

Matthew Beach:  Chairman

Matthew is a finance and investment professional with over 20 years' experience in acquiring, growing and selling businesses across a range of industries, both domestically and internationally. Matthew is a Partner at M.H. Carnegie & Co, a leading private equity and alternative asset manager. Matthew is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from the University of NSW.

Tim Kibble: Director and Project Manager

Tim is an experienced pipeline construction professional with over 10 years’ experience in the testing and commissioning of gathering and transmission pipeline systems. He brings to the board practical experience around safety and quality to ensure the strategic objectives of the business build on these vital activities.
