iPipe’s locally-run facility in Chinchilla is the centre of our ongoing work across the Surat Basin. As a result, this ensures that we have multi-skilled pre-prepared staff and equipment readily available at short notice to service all maintenance needs, including emergency response within 12 hours of notification. Our team have experience in repairs, blockage removal, condition assessment and de-bottlenecking throughout both gas and water networks.

We have a range of specialist equipment including CCTV inspection cameras and tracer gas injection systems for efficient leakage detection. Our maintenance services group can provide field maintenance, facilities maintenance, and emergency response services, Our goal is always
to provide these services incident-free and at the highest quality

We can conduct these intervention works on operating assets incorporating live service excavation, condition assessment, cut outs, repairs flow management, through to rehabilitation and recommissioning of operation systems.

Field maintenance

We provide comprehensive specialist maintenance services in the areas of:

  • Flow stopping and diversion;
  • Intelligent pigging and asset  assessments;
  • Hydro blasting;
  • Hot tapping;

Facilities maintenance

iPipe Services provide fully-integrated shutdown services for gas compression and facilities.

Our qualified technicians are certified to undertake:

  • Leak testing;
  • Nitrogen purging;
  • Pre-commissioning;
  • Tube cleaning; and
